Our client, a medical device engineering company based in Limerick who specialize in manufacturing precision components are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Support new product introductions (NPI) by participating in design reviews and providing manufacturability feedback.
Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
