Manufacturing Engineer | Electronics Hardware

In close collaboration with the development team, we bring new instruments into the series production flow. We also work closely with the sales team to make sure we supply our customers on time and with premium service. Your responsibilities
  • Owner of a product family quality within the Manufacturing
  • Drive projects to improve yield, throughput, quality and repair diagnosis
  • Drive NPI projects (pilot batches, knowledge transfer, etc.)
  • Trigger redesign projects in close collaboration with R&D
  • Maintenance of the related calibration and testing infrastructure
  • Provide first level support, report technical issues and production downtime
  • Your profile
  • BSc or MSc degree in electrical engineering or electronics
  • Experience with electronics hardware design (RF is big plus)
  • Experience with calibration and testing scripts, Python is a plus
  • Basic experience in using lab instrumentation including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and VNA's
  • Strong interest to work at the forefront of technology and understand the latest high-end components
  • Team player enjoying close collaboration with other hardware, FW/HDL, and software team members
  • Excellent communication skills, analytic and solution oriented thinking, independent and conscientious working style
  • Fluent English, German is a plus
