We’re looking for a talented Manual QA Test Engineer to join our Tallinn office. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our dynamic product and development teams to create and execute test plans, identify bugs, and ensure seamless user experiences.
As a Manual QA Test Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality software products, aligning with Pipedrive’s mission to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact our customers. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing test plans, conducting test bug bash sessions, and working closely with various teams to optimize workflows. You will be involved in manual testing at the early stages of product development and for major releases, ensuring consistent quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Your new adventure:
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear, complete and testable
- Develop detailed test plans covering scope, approach, schedule, objectives, strategies and risk management
- Create comprehensive test cases based on specifications, identify scenarios, prepare data and determine expected results
- Proactively monitor quality KPIs and promptly identify anomalies
- Organize and lead test sessions to identify bugs and improve product quality through collaborative testing efforts
- Engage in testing activities during the design and product requirements phases to catch issues early and improve overall product quality
- Conduct thorough testing for major releases, ensuring all features and updates meet high-quality standards
- Identify, document, track, and drive the resolution of bugs and defects
- Refine test processes for efficiency and effectiveness, adopting best practices and new tools
- Keep up to date with new testing methodologies and tools
Does this sound like you?
- 2+ years of experience as a QA tester with a focus on web applications
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and testing methodologies
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Bonus points for:
- Proficiency with automated testing tools is a plus (Cypress, SonarQube, BrowserStack)
- Experience in UI/UX testing and journey mapping is a plus
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., NodeJS, GoLang) is a plus
