In this role, you will
- Perform manual testing of the backend using API tools and databases
- Conduct smoke, sanity, and regression testing for backend systems
- Create and maintain test documentation
- Participate in SCRUM processes and work within the SDLC framework
- Conduct A/B testing
- Work with internal products, such as the admin panel
- Investigate and troubleshoot bugs
- Build and manage test reports
- Continuously improve testing speed and quality
- Perform functional testing of new features
It’s all about you
- At least 1 year of experience in backend testing
- Experience in testing mobile and web applications
- Proficiency with tools like Postman and Swagger
- Familiarity with proxy debugging tools (e.g., Postman, Charles, Fiddler)
- Experience with MongoDB Compass (querying, deleting, and editing data)
- Ability to quickly grasp new ideas and concepts
- Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence
- Solid understanding of SCRUM processes
- English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher
- Strong skills in analyzing requirements
- Experience with A/B testing
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving
- Effective communication and collaboration
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach
