As we continue to scale, we are embarking on an exciting new journey—expanding our product offering into the SME market. This is a high-impact, 0-to-1 opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader to build and grow a new business line within one of Europe’s most innovative fintech companies.

About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Managing Director to lead the launch and growth of our SME business. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new division from the ground up and make a lasting impact in the fintech space.

As Managing Director, you will have full ownership of the strategy, execution, and success of our SME offering. You’ll build a high-performing team, drive sales and business development, and bring TransferGo’s trusted brand to a new customer base.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for TransferGo’s SME business, driving customer acquisition and market penetration.
  • Build, lead, and motivate a world-class B2B sales team that delivers results and embodies TransferGo’s values.
  • Own and deliver on ambitious growth and revenue targets, continually testing and iterating strategies to maximise success.
  • Act as the face of TransferGo’s SME business, representing the company at conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Develop strong, lasting relationships with partners, customers, and stakeholders to build trust and credibility in the SME market.
  • Inspire and lead a culture of ambition, persistence, and excellence across the team.
  • Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring our SME solutions meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development, marketing, and operations with the SME strategy.

Salary range on offer - €90,000 - €110,000 per annum
