As we go all-in on this industry, we’re looking for a Managing Director / Head of Business Development to lead enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth. This is a high-impact, executive role responsible for driving new business and accelerating our expansion in Hospitality & Entertainment.
THE ROLE
As Managing Director (or VP of BD), you will own business development, sales, and strategic partnerships for Frogslayer’s Hospitality & Entertainment practice. Your mission: win enterprise deals, establish key industry relationships, and drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Own and execute Frogslayer’s sales strategy for Hospitality & Entertainment.
Drive $3M+ in net new revenue in the first 12-18 months.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts (eatertainment, QSR and fast casual restaurant chains, sports venues, amusement brands, gaming, cruise lines, etc.).
Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with CIOs, CMOs, and COOs of major brands.
Develop custom proposals & enterprise sales strategies that align with client business goals.
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS & INDUSTRY EXPANSION
Develop and manage high-value partnerships with Hospitality & Entertainment SaaS providers, POS vendors, and loyalty tech companies (e.g., NCR, Toast, Olo, Paytronix, Oracle MICROS).
Build a referral network with hospitality consultants, industry analysts, and trade associations.
Represent Frogslayer at industry conferences, trade shows, and executive roundtables.
GROWTH STRATEGY & MARKET POSITIONING
Collaborate with the CEO to define growth priorities and GTM strategies.
Refine positioning, messaging, and value propositions to resonate with enterprise buyers.
Work closely with marketing on demand generation, ABM campaigns, and content strategy.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
6+ years of sales & business development experience in Hospitality, Entertainment - Enterprise Software / Digital Transformation services
Deep industry relationships—existing network of CIOs, CMOs, COOs, and tech vendors in Hospitality & Entertainment.
Proven track record of closing $500K-$2M+ enterprise deals in consultative sales.
Experience building strategic partnerships that drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth.
Ability to sell complex digital transformation projects (custom software, AI-driven automation, integrations, platform modernization).
Strong executive presence & leadership skills—this is a high-visibility role that requires boardroom-level influence.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary: $125K-$200K (based on experience)
Bonus/Commission: Performance-based, first year OTE of $300K+ (total upside is unlimited)
