Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the Diagnostics division, aligning with company goals and objectives.
• Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare industry, including diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
• Our client is seeking a Managing Director to lead their business in Europe. This individual will play a critical role in establishing and expanding the company's presence in the market.
• Support fundraising rounds and investor relations
• Manage full P&L €100M +
• Manage and lead 150+ FTE

Requirements

• Extensive network within the industry and deep knowledge of diagnostic testing for diseases.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a startup environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred.
