Overview of Role

As a Managing Director, you will play a critical role in developing and managing relationships with our key clients. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, responsible for understanding their business needs and challenges, and crafting innovative technology solutions to address them.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Deeply understand client business challenges and opportunities, translating them into actionable technology roadmaps.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition of 66degrees' services.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for client concerns, effectively managing expectations and resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Partner with internal teams (professional services delivery, sales, solution consulting) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stay current on the latest technology trends and how they can impact client businesses.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the technology consulting industry and current market trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related or equivalent work experience required.
