- Lead and guide cross-regional teams throughout NORAM and APAC, providing them with direction, support, and development opportunities.

- Liaise and align with local Leadership Teams to stay updated on business needs, flagging potential conflicts, and providing coordination at the site level as needed.
This role is based out of our Waltham Office and requires min. 4 days onsite per week
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
