The Manager of Total Rewards at Ceribell will lead efforts to shape and oversee the company's total rewards programs, ensuring they align with strategic goals and promote employee engagement. Responsibilities include designing and implementing competitive compensation structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits packages, while collaborating with leadership, HR teams, and external partners to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, industry standards, and legal guidelines. Key duties involve conducting market analyses, managing compensation planning, overseeing benefits administration, and providing strategic guidance to enhance employee attraction, retention, and motivation.
