About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Manager of Talent Operations to lead and expand our Talent Operations function. In this role, you will manage our team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators and build out a scalable Talent Operations arm focused on driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting the growth of our recruiting organization. You will play a crucial part in optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and enabling the team to deliver an exceptional experience to both candidates and hiring managers.

This position is perfect for someone who has a passion for operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and developing talent operations strategies that can evolve with a growing company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and Manage the Talent Operations Team: Oversee a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, providing mentorship, performance management, and career development support.
  • Build Out Talent Operations Function: Design and implement scalable talent operations strategies, focusing on process optimization, efficiency, compliance, and the overall effectiveness of the recruiting organization.
  • Drive Process Efficiency: Continuously evaluate and improve end-to-end recruiting processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Ensure Compliance: Establish and maintain recruiting policies and procedures that meet all legal and compliance requirements, ensuring a consistent and compliant approach across the organization.
  • Develop and Implement Tools & Systems: Partner with the Talent Acquisition leadership to evaluate and implement recruiting technologies, tools, and systems that support scalability and efficiency.
  • Data & Reporting: Leverage data and analytics to monitor key performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and make informed decisions that drive operational improvements.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners (HR Business Partners, Legal, IT) to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Champion Candidate Experience: Lead initiatives focused on enhancing the candidate experience, from scheduling and interview coordination to feedback collection and process refinement.
  • Training & Development: Create training programs and resources for the recruiting team to ensure consistent adoption of best practices and process improvements.
  • Drive Scalability: Develop and implement strategies that enable the Talent Acquisition function to scale effectively, supporting Fetch’s growth and hiring needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience and 5+ years of experience in talent operations or recruiting operations, with a proven track record of building and optimizing operational functions.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Operational Expertise: Deep knowledge of talent operations, including process optimization, compliance, and systems implementation.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to design scalable processes and systems that align with organizational growth goals.
  • Data-Driven: Proficient in using data and analytics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.
  • Compliance Focused: Expertise in managing compliance in recruiting processes, including knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
