About the Role:
We are adding Manager, Talent Acquisition focused on Sales and GTM recruiting (Marketing, Customer Success, Business Development etc) to lead our fast-paced, high-energy APAC Talent Acquisition team.  This is a pivotal role working with a motivated team to scale a hyper-growth tech company.  

As a Manager, Talent Acquisition - Sales & GTM, you will act in a player-coach role, managing a team of 2 recruiters as well as recruiting for individual roles. You will report to and support the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition in guiding and coaching the team. This role offers the ongoing opportunity to make a positive impact while also maturing Talent Acquisition processes, primarily for our GTM/Sales/Customer Success roles.

You will:

  • Manage a team of recruiters, coaching and directing them towards success.
  • Partner with Talent Attraction leader and other HR team leads on a variety of projects focused on updating/developing processes within the organization
  • Perform as a full cycle recruiter for specific roles
  • Own and maintain relationships with executives for specific functional areas
  • Handle confidential information with grace and discretion
  • Assist in People team-wide initiatives including process improvement and accountability
  • Organize and participate in virtual or in person hiring events
  • Establish processes to improve efficiency in the hiring process

You are:

  • 8+ years of experience within Talent Acquisition, 3+ years directly managing recruiters
  • Recent experience leading recruiting for Sales (Account Managers, Account Executives, Sales Managers, Channel Managers etc) as well as Marketing and Customer Success roles.
  • Able to establish/build rapport quickly all the while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to recruit for key roles across the organization, including but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Leadership etc.
  • Able to provide timely, effective feedback and coaching to team members at all experience levels
  • Proficient with Google Suite
  • Experience maintaining accurate HRIS or ATS systems (we use Lever)
  • Familiar with creating reports and tracking data, as well as managing the data for your team
  • Able to partner cross-functionally with global team members
  • Learns quickly in a high-growth and ever-changing environment and cares about the smallest of details
  • Creative problem solver who sees challenges as opportunities
  • Able to work independently and yet know when to ask for help
  • Flexible and able to gracefully maneuver and execute against the changing priorities
  • Composed and focused under pressure

This role is remote in the country of India. You must be located in and authorized to work in India to be considered for this role.
