We are seeking Manager, Strategic Planning to play a key role in scaling Wolt for the future.

The Wolt Finance & Strategy team works hand-in-hand with the organization to set our ambition, track performance, as well as help define and execute on new initiatives and ideas. The team acts as a strategic thought partner to our operating teams, and helps navigate the speed and complexity of our business. Wolt Finance & Strategy is not just about managing numbers, it's about shaping the future of Wolt.

In this role you will be at the very center of it all and get a front row view into Wolt and how we operate. You will work in the Global Planning team, responsible for coordinating and developing our annual and quarterly planning, as well as helping outline our long term ambition. The team is directly involved in making decisions on the level of Wolt and DoorDash International, advising senior leaders on the most important calls we make as a company. Your excellent analytical acumen, strategic mindset and people skills will come into play daily.

You will report directly to our Head of Global Planning, Wolt Finance & Strategy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Annual & Quarterly Planning: Play a critical role in orchestrating and developing our planning approach, as well as setting overall targets and budgets.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Work closely with our senior leadership, the Finance & Strategy teams, our counterparts at DoorDash, as well as the operating teams at Wolt.
  • Strategic Analysis: Take ownership of finding, analyzing and structuring the next set of strategic initiatives we should pursue. Collaborate with senior management to drive decisions, and help transform them into reality. Do all this with a data-driven mindset, while navigating different stakeholders, tools and data.
  • Building Towards the Future: Leverage your experience in other companies to support Wolt in the next stage of our growth journey
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in management consulting, tech, investment banking, corporate strategy, business development, or related experience; high-growth startup experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to influence senior leaders, working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in modeling and analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Looker, SQL)
  • Proven track record of achieving tangible outcomes as well as setting and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly and concisely
