Title: Manager / Sr.Manager.
Years of Experience – 10+ years.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Gather and document business requirements for application projects.
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably with application-focused projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Work with development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and application functionality.
- Perform application testing and validation to ensure it meets business goals. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
Required Soft Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management and documentation tools.
- This role is ideal for someone skilled in understanding both business processes and technical solutions, ensuring successful project outcomes
