The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Manager / Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition to lead and shape Flywire’s worldwide recruitment efforts, playing a pivotal role in driving our ambitious growth agenda. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our talent acquisition capabilities to meet Flywire’s strategic workforce needs, enabling the company to grow sustainably while attracting top-tier talent from across the globe. You will take ownership of building, managing, and mentoring a diverse team of recruiters, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional results across multiple regions and functions.
As a key member of the Global Talent Team, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives. You will have the opportunity to drive Flywire’s long-term talent agenda by creating innovative sourcing strategies, enhancing employer branding, and implementing best practices that deliver a world-class candidate experience. This role is essential for ensuring that Flywire continues to attract, hire, and retain the best talent in a highly competitive market while fostering a culture of inclusion and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop Flywire’s Global Talent Acquisition team, ensuring the delivery of a best-in-class recruiting strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives and future workforce needs.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers across the Americas (Canada, US, LATAM) to understand business goals, workforce planning, and craft proactive recruiting strategies tailored to each region’s specific demands.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, while meeting efficiency targets, including time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics.
Design and implement innovative global sourcing strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent across key skill areas, including EPS (Technical Recruiting), GTM (Commercial Recruiting), and G&A (Non-Technical Recruiting).
Build and refine Flywire’s employer brand strategy to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice in the global marketplace, ensuring our brand resonates with high-caliber talent.
Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve the talent acquisition process, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure alignment with Flywire’s equity, inclusion, and diversity (EID) objectives.
Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations (TA Ops) to optimize recruiting tools, technologies, and reporting metrics, driving continuous improvement in processes and enhancing the overall TA function.
Key Requirements:
8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3+ years in a leadership role managing global recruitment teams across multiple regions.
Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders in strategic workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and developing tailored recruitment strategies to meet business vertical objectives.
Demonstrated success in creating and executing scalable global talent acquisition strategies for fast-growing companies, particularly those operating in complex, competitive talent markets.
Strong experience building and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders, effectively influencing hiring decisions, and managing recruitment teams across different regions.
Expertise in global sourcing, recruitment marketing, and employer branding, with a proven track record of implementing strategies that attract and retain high-caliber talent.
Ability to analyze talent data and recruitment metrics to refine hiring strategies, optimize processes, and deliver data-driven results.
A strong commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of hiring and talent acquisition strategies.
Proficiency with talent acquisition technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS), particularly SmartRecruiters; experience in optimizing recruitment processes through technological solutions is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$144,000 plus restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
