Requirements

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgets for application projects.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.

• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues to maintain timelines and quality.

• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution across development, testing, and business analysis.

• Performance Reporting: Track project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders, adjusting plans as necessary.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all applications meet required functional and technical standards through thorough testing and validation.

• Budget & Resources: Oversee budgets and resource allocation to optimise project outcomes.

• Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and success.
