What You Will Do
Mentor and manage a globally distributed team of Solutions Engineers. In partnership with our Sales team, our Solutions Engineers bring deep technical expertise to our client interactions, and help drive product strategy for new deployments
Create best-in-class Sales Enablement practices from the ground up, with a focus on scalability. As manager of the team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the Solutions Engineering infrastructure that will power our hyper growth trajectory.
Manage the impact of new features or technical integrations in the context of Verve Brand+ broader product roadmap
Function as the technical/product leader in RFP responses
Build and maintain a Knowledge Base for our Sales and Launch teams, setting the standard for excellence and creating shared best practices
Oversee the technical project management of service launches with significant product, technical, and/or infrastructural complexity
Collaborate closely with Verve’s Product and Engineering teams to support the development of new products, acting as a subject matter expert and bridging the gap between operational and technical stakeholders
