The Manager, Social Media will lead the creative strategy and execution for our social channels. They will be responsible for conceiving and creating original content to assist business goals, share our unique point of view, and bring joy to our online community. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a creator; hands on and flexible to adapt to the ever-evolving climate of social media. Digitally native ans socially fluent and able to drive our social voice that is both on brand and unique. They will work closely with the Creative, Editorial and Marketing teams to bring social projects to life.

The expected salary range for this role is $117,007.00 - $140,760.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
