Cricut’s integrated marketing & communications team is looking for a proactive, highly motivated, communications and marketing professional with a passion for creating and managing social media campaigns.  As the manager, social media, you will be responsible for managing a team of social media professionals, as well as creating strategies & plans across channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.  

Cricut is fortunate to have a large community of passionate and knowledgeable Maker influencers across many categories – DIY, craft, sewing, and more – and many channels including Blogs, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and social media groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy for social media programs across channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook
  • Define program objectives, target audiences, strategies/tactics, deliverables, timeline, and value measurement
  • Analyze program performance to improve opportunities, performance, and partnerships
  • Work with cross-functional teams including the integrate, PR, product marketing, content marketing, and digital marketing operations
  • Think big! Cricut has a significant social media presence across channels, and is looking to innovate and grow with new ideas that resonate with our target audience
  • Stay up to date on the latest DIY trends, projects, and innovations in social media
  • 7-8 years Instagram/influencer marketing experience; agency experience preferred
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills; ability to juggle multiple projects at one time and self-prioritize workload
  • Must have experience leading teams and managing direct reports
  • Ability to work with focus to meet tight time schedules
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence diverse groups within marketing, including cross-functional peers
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Undergraduate degree required; bachelor’s in communications, PR or marketing preferred
  • Skills include: Excel, PowerPoint, program management
