We're looking for a Manager, Social & Influencer Marketing to support social and influencer activations, creative ideation and strategy, and deliver excellent client service. Reporting to the Director of Social & Influencer Marketing, you are entrenched in culture with a passion for sports and entertainment and can speak to the nuances of racing and NASCAR industry news.
- You'll help lead our end-to-end process focusing on editorial content development, influencer partnerships, deck writing, campaign management, execution, and reporting.
- You'll recommend talent for influencer partnerships, develop content ideas that support influencer strategies, help draft contracts, negotiate fees, and manage the entire influencer relationship.
- You'll manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
- You'll analyze data, turn it into actionable insights, and guide new social media approaches on current and emerging platforms/trends.
- You'll partner with our sponsorship/consulting team to guide integrated social strategy and develop best practices.
- 3 years minimum experience in social media content, strategy, creative and influencer partnerships
- Creative mind-set with a grasp on what's working across social and why
- Prioritize diverse perspectives
- Comfortable working with clients and multiple teams
- Willingness to travel to client meetings and different locations on the NASCAR calendar.
- Excited to grow our business which may include working non-standard hours, wearing multiple hats, and responding to real-time events
The anticipated salary range for this position is $63,440 - $91,900. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
