Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan that aligns with Cashfree Payments' business goals and objectives
Design and implement learning programs, workshops, and initiatives that address the development needs of employees at all levels
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, encouraging employees to take ownership of their growth and career progression
Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions, using a variety of delivery methods including in-person, virtual, and blended learning
Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization
Collaborate with leadership and managers to integrate learning solutions with performance management systems, ensuring alignment with employee goals and organizational objectives
Partner with external vendors and consultants to source, develop, and deliver high-quality training content when necessary
Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and data analysis. Report on learning outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Design and implement leadership development programs that cultivate the next generation of leaders within Cashfree Payments
Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that deliver measurable ROI
What You Will Need:
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solving
High level of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
