Manager - SAP S/4HANA Functional Analyst

As a manager-level consultant, you will develop business, strategize for go-to-market, and manage client delivery. This is a highly visible, influential role entrusted with developing and delivering innovative consulting solutions. You’ll channel your entrepreneurial spirit as you use advanced technology to solve business problems. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to provide mentorship and guidance as you collaborate with your team.

Role responsibilities

  • Thoroughly review and understand business and technical requirements, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical aspects.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to the team regarding the capabilities, limitations, and best practices of SAP packages.
  • Utilize functional and technical expertise to design solutions and guide teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects and business stakeholders.

About the team
The Logic20/20 Digital Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients’ toughest business challenges. You’ll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to help lead the development of innovative solutions.

  • 5 – 10 years of relevant experience as a consultant at a Big 4/8 consulting firm.
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on functional and technical aspects, preferably within the Utilities industry.
  • Experience developing and consuming OData services within SAP.
  • Understanding of master data concepts and management within SAP Utilities.
  • Knowledge of conversational IVR systems.
  • Experience with Amazon Connect is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in the utilities industry is preferred. 

At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $155,770 - $178,900 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
