Rubrik is seeking a Sales Planning & Strategy Manager to join the Sales Planning & Analytics team, who will serve as a strategic leader that partners with sales, finance, and operational teams to transform our sales planning strategy and processes into a robust and scalable system.
This role will lead Rubrik’s recurring (bi-annual) planning process for the Global Sales organization and will be a key member of a team of dynamic, analytical problem-solvers that take on highly complex projects in a cross-functional environment. You will oversee all aspects of sales planning, connecting the dots between short-term operational tasks and targets to long-term financial goals. You will work with leadership and cross-functional partners on a global scale to design and implement innovative, analytically driven GTM initiatives, metrics for success and territory coverage models across the entire Sales organization.
This is a high-impact role, with constantly evolving priorities that our GTM motion demands. You will think strategically, arrive at a focused execution plan, and lead the plan to fruition. Qualified candidates will need to effectively navigate & interface with multiple levels of the Sales organization to properly set revenue targets and implement territory coverage models that are both standardized and customized to regional markets.
