Reddit’s Finance team is seeking a Sales Compensation Manager who will report directly to the Strategic Finance Team and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective sales compensation programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our sales compensation plans drive optimal performance, align with organizational goals, and attract and retain top talent in our sales force.
