Manager , Sales Account Development

Full-Time
  • Commercial Leadership 

- Delivery of business unit sales target and business results by championing a client-centric sales mindset 

- To drive and champion a sales and growth mindset within the organization 

- To develop a sales strategy and go to market execution plans, with a focus on growing revenue with existing clients, along with expanding client base 

- To build and empower a team that is accountable to the delivery of business goals and targets 

  • Financial Acumen 

- Own and manage revenue and sales target  

- To build and deliver the annual operating plan 

- To manage the ongoing pipeline management, sales forecasts & sales meetings 

- To ensure governance on discretionary spending items i.e. travel and entertainment, and timely submission of expenses for the business unit 

  • Client Leadership 

- Actively engage with clients, taking ownership for key strategic accounts 

- Undertake regular top to top engagements and sales meetings 

- Be the voice of the client into Nielsen, and the voice of Nielsen into the client 

- To ensure client centricity and satisfaction, accountability to NPS scores 

  • Be an Ambassador 

- To represent the Nielsen brand in the marketplace, participating in external events and professional speaking engagements 

- To build and maintain external partnerships that enable business strategy 

- To be a role model internally, participate in company events and activities 

 

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU 

Curiosity drives your interest in what moves the market. A proven commercial account manager, who can build and execute sales strategy and plan, and be accountable to sales operations, such as forecast and pipeline management. A team player, who has the ability to collaborate with peers, and contribute to the management team of NIQ Korea 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the related field 
  • Minimum 5-8 years of working experience for B2B sales and proven sales results 
  • Excellent client management and relationship building skills and ability to converse with stakeholders in clients’ organizations, up to C-Suite level 
  • Knowledge and understanding of strategy and market research 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint and/ or MS 365. 
  • Good client service skills and able to communicate and write effectively in English and Korean languages
