Role

Join us at Candid as the Manager of Revenue Operations and be at the forefront of propelling our company to new heights of success! In this dynamic role, you will spearhead our revenue growth by leading strategic initiatives and cultivating key partnerships. Your expertise in strategic research, analytical problem-solving, project management, and partnership development will be instrumental in shaping our future. What You’ll Do
  • Manage specific verticals of go-to-market strategy focused on external partnerships. Will include day-to-day operational management of key strategic partner relationships & implementation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and operations on strategic initiatives aimed at driving incremental revenue through new products, partnerships, process improvement, sales methodology, & more
  • Lead the planning, execution, & evaluation of large-scale projects aimed at optimizing revenue generation (e.g., improving the sales funnel, activating industry sales partnerships)
  • Take ownership of sales initiatives from top to bottom, doing everything from strategy development to hands-on implementation; serve as the “buck stops with me” initiative owner
  • Interface successfully with external industry partner executives, operational leaders, & sales personnel
  • Create internal alignment with presentations to executives & frontline reps alike, making complex problems/solutions into simple, motivating narratives
  • Work/interface closely with the executive & Sales leadership teams on critical company sales partnerships
  • Monitor, identify, & analyze suboptimal trends in the sales process funnel; then own “the fix”
  • Present revenue initiatives to the company, executive team, & BOD as requested
 
 
What You’ll Need
  • 4+ years of experience in program management, operations, strategy/consulting with an emphasis on operations, go-to-market, or customer engagement
  • Strong business judgment, leadership & integrity. A tenacious decision maker able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business
  • Strong communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communicator, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal, & negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree & proven record of academic success (MBA a bonus but not required)
  • Proven track record of success in revenue, strategy, finance, consulting, or other similar verticals (experience in healthcare, dental, or consumer goods is a bonus)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously & drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional analytical & problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis & financial modeling
  • Ability to transform complex quantitative & qualitative analysis into understandable narratives for executives & frontline reps alike
  • Entrepreneurial spirit & willingness to take initiative in exploring new revenue streams & innovative approaches without being prompted

Our range for this role is $135,000-155,000. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other perks. To determine our range, we consider as many of the following data points as are available to us: external market salary survey data, experience level, skillset and balancing internal equity relative to our other employees. We include equity in our compensation packages because we believe our employees should have an option to purchase ownership in the company and benefit from what we hope will be a lot of upside growth. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Candid to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
