About the role
The Real Estate transactions team is responsible for supporting all transactional work and performing all financial analysis, market research and deal management pertaining to WeWork’s regional expansion. The Transactions position is responsible for facilitating all actions required for the professional management of WeWork’s leasing pipeline and portfolio within their designated region and territory. As a dedicated member of a regional deal team, this role requires a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, real estate portfolio management, commercial and legal negotiation, and stakeholder management. Manage the day-to-day activities of WeWork’s Real Estate portfolio. Support a diverse set of company needs from basic management of lease abstractions and critical dates.
Responsible for portfolio lease input and tracking to enable the company to make strategic real estate decisions that support WeWork’s expansion and growth.
