Team Summary

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division, serving Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers and merchants) and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact and tangible financial results. Managed services is one arm of VCA focused on delivering capability and expertise to clients.

The core responsibilities of the role include:

Program Delivery

  • Manage the overall set up for delivery of managed services projects across the Singapore and Malysia markets.
  • Build strong understanding of onboarding processes for vendors and partners
  • Manage onboarding processes for managed services resources including premises settlement and equipment/technology requirements
  • Work with internal partners such as sourcing, finance and legal, building strong relationships to optimize processes and delivery.
  • Support pricing proposals for projects.
  • Write and update project briefs ensuring all key details are up to date and circulated appropriately.
  • Document processes, key learnings and best practices.
  • Develop case studies and play back results to internal executive teams across the AP region.

This role will support key clients across Singapore and Malaysia. The role will help to scale our Managed Services capabilities which will support Visa’s ambition of diversifying our revenue. You will plan, manage and deliver programs in a timely and efficient method – you will own key internal and external stakeholder relationships with Visa teams and our vendors as well as supporting our clients. This will ultimately ensure a superior customer experience to their Visa card holders.

What you will need:

  • Experience working within the payments industry with operational experience within a card portfolio context preferred
  • Superior time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage complex projects.
  • Ability to create detailed timelines and ensure key milestones are met.
  • Ability to develop detailed processes with agencies
  • Strong team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style; able to work effectively in a matrixed organisation
  • Excellent detail orientation, ensuring the highest level of quality/rigor in work product
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, results-oriented individual
  • 6-8 years professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

What will also help:

  • Ideally worked in project management, product management, vendor management and/or procurement functions
  • Expert user of Microsoft office tools
  • Post graduate education/Master’s degree will be highly regarded
