We’re seeking an experienced B2B product marketer like you to drive technology-focused marketing efforts across all of Exiger’s business lines. Our fast-paced, hyper-growth environment is your speed. You’re a pro at storytelling and an out-of-the-box thinker who is passionate about creating stand-out work product. But, it’s not a guessing game. You love deconstructing concepts and turning data into insights you can use. You’re obsessed with voice of the customer (VOC) and leverage it to understand market challenges and customer needs. You’re comfortable engaging with executives, leading cross-functional initiatives and project managing competing priorities at once. Now you’re ready to take on a new challenge with us.   

This remote position reports to the Vice President of Demand Generation and is open to interested and qualified candidates across the United States able to work eastern United States time zone/business hours.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Drive go-to-market (GTM) - from strategy through execution - for product launches, platform and feature releases
  • Master an expert understanding of the market, industry trends, buyer personas, client pain points and competitive landscape
  • Develop messaging and materials to promote Exiger's products and services –– including market position, product definition, product positioning, competitive analysis, value propositions, sales cycles, development road map, use cases, etc.
  • Measure and improve customer satisfaction and brand experience through qualitative and quantitative data measurement
  • Partner with the Product team to articulate product features and benefits in context with industry trends
  • Support sales enablement through dynamic product marketing materials such as case studies, testimonials, and client quotes
  • Work with industry analysts to provide briefings, influence reports and rankings, and leverage analyst feedback to improve the product and our marketing of it.
  • Analyze and leverage data-driven insights to inform, design and launch marketing campaigns
  • Synthesize client product feedback and needs, including buying behavior, challenges, and motivations to help develop additional messages/collateral

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Project management expertise with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Application of marketing strategy to business initiatives
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams with strong communication skills

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
  • At least 4 years in B2B product marketing, ideally with a high-tech, B2B, or SaaS provider
  • Experienced in:
    • Delivering compelling marketing collateral that tells a story, showcasing excellent copywriting skills
    • Translating product features into customer benefits and unique selling points
    • Converting studies, surveys, and customer feedback into thought leadership, lead general campaigns, and case studies
    • Customer journey mapping and VOC documentation to identify pain points and develop personas
