- Executing and delivering on all key T&A dates and development deadlines (protos, fits, commit dates, production start dates, etc.)
- Analyze costing during development process and final price negotiations
- Attend fit sessions from concept to TOP approval

- Lead weekly Cross Functional Team meetings

- Deliver all development samples on time for line reviews, from concept through adoption, that meet cost and aesthetic expectations
- Manage Purchase Order process to ensure product is ordered, produced and shipped on time.
Support sourcing strategy and own daily vendor management by...
- Communicating with and managing factory relationships, capacity planning, forecasting, and seasonal projections
- Onboard new vendors to Spanx requirements at each stage of development, production, packing and shipping
- Work with leader on vendor allocation for all new product development
- Maintain up to date knowledge of issues affecting sourcing strategy: FTAs, tariff changes, country/region instability, and other social/political issues
We require…
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in production/sourcing role
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Understanding of product development, production, garment construction, garment costing, and fabric construction
- Experience with bras, hosiery and/or underwear preferred
- Results focused with strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize workload for self and others, with effective time management skills to deliver quality work in a timely manner
- Creative problem solver and strategic thinker that proactively seeks opportunities to drive positive change
- Ability to provide cross-functional leadership and influence peers in terms of calendar and problem solving
- Clear communicator with ability to adapt to different situations and personalities to cater information to audience to cultivate solutions
- Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel)
- Experience with international travel to garment factories and fabric mills
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
