The essence of the role: Manager - Product and Field Marketing
The Product and Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and executing plans to introduce and take new and existing Sinch products to the India market. Working closely with the Product, sales and customer success team, she/he will:
1. Understand and articulate the value propositions of Sinch products to various audiences
2. Design the GTM for products – product features, business challenges that customers face it can solve, address the target market, identify the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), write use cases for verticals, business model for customer engagement
3. Design battlecards vs competition offerings
4. Conduct product training programs across the organization for Sales, pre-sales, CSM and Marketing functions for new and enhanced offerings in the market
5. Generate content for collaterals on product across channels such as
6. Closely work with the Sales organization to Identify cross sell and upsell opportunities for the products
Key Requirements and Knowledge:
1. Understanding and proven track record for New Product introduction and GTM strategies for IT products and services
2. Ability to study market and identify whitespaces for new and existing products
3. Knowledge of strategies for GTM working with product and sales teams for key accounts
4. Ability to identify key messages and best communications channels for products
5. 5-10 years of proven experience in Product marketing for IT products

In order to contribute to this role, you should have:
· High energy marketer with a passion for the function and make a sizable business impact
· Typically, with 5-10 years’ experience in product marketing functions in a technology company
· By way of education, should be an MBA from a leading institution with specialization in marketing
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships.
· Good collaboration skills to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
