ROLE OVERVIEW
To ensure provision—timely, quality, and sufficient to meet demand—of Psychological and Neuropsychological Testing (PNT) services in assigned region in accordance with LifeStance policies and procedures, primarily via hiring, management, and support of Psychometrists and PNT Operations Coordinators.

COMPENSATION: $60,000/annually

RESPONSIBILITIES
Hiring—Identify and plan Psychometrists and PNT Operations Coordinator hiring needs and communicate to recruiting department to source candidates; interview candidates; make hiring decisions in close collaboration with EVP of PNT
Training—Train PNT Ops Coordinators
Assigning work—Monitor and manage workload of Psychometrists and PNT Operations Coordinators, prioritizing and assigning tasks to meet the needs of the department in an efficient and effective manner; includes managing psychometrists’ testing schedules
Performance Management—monitor and manage PNT Operations Coordinator’s work quality and productivity; monitor and manage psychometrists’ productivity; ensure compliance with PNT LifeStance policies and procedures; as needed escalate to EVP of PNT or National Clinical Director of PNT; as needed, develop performance improvement plans (consult with Psychologists/Neuropsychologists as needed)
Addt'l Personnel Mgmt—e.g., coverage coordination, PTO approvals
Support—As needed, support Psychometrists and PNT Operations Coordinators with non-clinical matters; as needed, triage and coordinate with other departments (e.g., Billing, Intake), PNT Leadership, and Regional Practice Ops Leadership
Cross-functional Collaboration—ensure that PNT policies and processes requiring cross-functional collaboration are implemented and consistently followed (e.g., patient copay policy)
Faxing out prior authorizations when payors require it
Track referrals from and communicate with preferred referral sources and/or agency contracts
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of healthcare operations experience preferred
Microsoft Office experience
Ability to exercise courtesy, tact and sensitivity with team members and clients, even when faced with difficult situations
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
