About the team

We are looking for a Sales Manager based in SF/West Coast Remote to lead a team of Platform Sellers to expand Stripe’s global footprint with some of the largest, high-growth b2b saas platforms built with Stripe today. We are looking for an individual who is keen to work alongside a high-performing team of individuals to navigate complex organizations, find new opportunities to make payments a competitive advantage for their businesses, and evolve our joint go-to-market in new ways.

What you’ll do

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of T1  Existing Business, Platform AEs focused on retaining and expanding our partnerships with enterprise b2b saas platforms 
  • Driving deal strategy and execution including strong pipeline development, opportunity/renewal management, and forecasting
  • Identifying opportunities for sales enablement as well as areas to partner with cross-functional teams so sellers can spend more time with some of our largest partners and less time navigating internal systems  
  • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders across Sales, Product/Connect, Sales Ops, S&O, Marketing, GTM Partnerships, and others
  • Working with senior leadership to develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team
  • Being accountable for delivering revenue growth

Minimum requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Experience consistently forecasting and managing a high growth business for multiple quarters
  • Thrives in settings with a high level of autonomy to create strategy, direction, and structure
  • Ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team
  • Ability to build executive relationships with customers and ecosystem partners
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts, and translate them into industry- or business-relevant terms
