Manager, Performance Marketing Creative

We're in search of a Performance Marketing Creative Manager who possesses proven expertise in developing and conceptualizing creative ideas, concepts, and scripts to drive demand through Brand Awareness and Mid-Funnel performance marketing campaigns.

 

As the Performance Marketing Creative Manager, your responsibilities will include brainstorming, crafting briefs, editing, launching, and analysing ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other Social Media and programmatic platforms. You'll lead end-to-end management of digital campaigns, collaborating closely with the Performance Marketing team to ensure that each ad meets the high standards of social-first video advertising. Furthermore, you'll maintain open communication and collaboration with the Brand and Creative team to ensure alignment with the company’s brand vision.

We are looking for someone highly analytical with a strong technical mindset. In this role, you'll closely collaborate with the product and analytics teams to elevate our channels, driving the marketing product strategy forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and develop innovative creative for paid social media and programmatic campaigns across platforms including YouTube, Meta and TikTok.
  • Conceptualize innovative and engaging creative concepts, scripts, and messaging angles to fuel the creative process, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, providing actionable creative insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage project priorities and facilitate cross-departmental communication.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Perform A/B testing of creative variations, documenting results to enhance organizational knowledge.
  • Oversee relationships with agencies responsible for managing and executing programmatic and paid social media campaigns, as well as creating assets and videos for paid media campaigns.

Essential:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful paid social media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms' advertising capabilities and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on continuous testing and optimization of ad creatives.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desirable:

  • Experience in organic social media management, including content creation and community engagement.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
  • Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and their application in creative testing.
  • Knowledge of Financial trends and customer behaviour on social media.
