As a Partnerships Manager for our business, you will be responsible for driving strategic alliances with key stakeholders (sports leagues, federations, rights holders, etc) and the day to day management of partner deliverables that will include lead generation, onboarding brands on FanCode
Your Role
- On board new partners and scope of partnerships which will include but not limited to deal making, relationship management and closures
- Manage partner expectations and develop a strategic plan that delivers on key business goals and metrics
- Liaise with partners to identify marketing/promotional opportunities and key dates in the sporting calendar
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure synergies are in line with FanCode’s strategy
- Experience in partnerships with sporting organizations, federations, agencies, etc.
- Understand the market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and best-in-class practices in Sports
Must-Have
- 3-5+ years working in a fast paced environment in the Sports industry
- Strong understanding of industry trends in the Sports industry
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving and project management skills
- A self starter who can initiate conversations and bring opportunities to the organization
Good to Have
- Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel, MS Word and data management systems
- High attention to detail and ability to work well within a team
