The Role:

The ideal candidate will have Revenue/Sales Operations experience from Channel-first SaaS (Software as a Service) companies. You understand channel-sales business models and helped design/improve the entire lifecycle of channel partners from onboarding through Deal Registration, quoting, opportunity management, incentives, and more. You have experience in measuring Sales and Channel KPIs and making analytics-based recommendations to Sales leadership.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Collaborate with leadership to define and execute Channel strategy, policies, processes, and business system requirements
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to drive forecasting and planning for the Channel team
  • Provide visibility into business health and track performance through dashboards and business reviews
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify patterns, opportunities, and strategic recommendations for revenue optimization
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide visibility into sales performance at various levels
  • Drive operational efficiency and productivity through continuous tools and process improvements
  • Document ROEs and initiatives, ensuring relevant processes and documents are updated in internal systems

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 3+ years of Revenue/Channel Operations experience within high-growth technology or SaaS environments
  • Tech-curious: problem-solver who seeks out creative solutions using process + technology
  • Great communicator- propensity to translate technical information or complex concepts and speak to them in a clear and effective way to internal customers and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
  • Ability to execute: can juggle multiple projects, fulfill priorities and meet deadlines
  • Be a data junkie that knows what quality data means and help the team design & improve it
  • Experience with Salesforce.com

Pay Transparency.  DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
