About the Team: As the Manager of Operations, you'll report to our Senior Manager and play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of our department. Your responsibilities will include planning, maintaining merchandise flow between departments, and overseeing your team's performance. You'll be hands-on in hiring, training, and motivating staff, while also spearheading innovative strategies to enhance productivity. Leading a team of two to four Associate Managers and overseeing a frontline staff of 100-300 employees, you'll be at the forefront of our operations.

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, nights, and overtime as needed.
