This role will be a part of Operations Excellence function and Tech Excellence team, and will report to Sr. Manager – Operations Excellence. The QA Manager will be responsible to coordinate & collaborate with the product teams on process maturity and technology adoption to ensure standardization, efficiency, collaboration and continuous improvement across these teams. The QA Manager will work closely with stakeholders across the EPP organization and lead / manage the QA CoE activities on technology adoption, QA process standardization, industry standard best practices, automation and performance testing frameworks, consultancy on testing strategy etc. Additionally, the QA Manager will be required to manage the QA delivery for certain products like Oracle EBS
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Lead and manage the following activities
Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT QA, with at least 4 years in a QA managerial role
