Responsible for product strategy to provide consistent consumer experience, offer high quality products, and maximize profits. Leads Bethel Music’s retail-focused seasonal line architecture, assortment plans, and timelines. Ensures the line plan supports key category growth initiatives. Reviews ongoing sell-through analysis to assess trends for decision making. Provides regular reports on sales, trends, and future initiatives to Bethel Music’s Directors and Executives. Contributes to the creation and forecasting of sales goals, budgets operational expenses, maintains identified margins, and tracks all related financials. Collaborates with cross functional departments on product development needs, design, and marketing. Supports marketing strategies for events and e-commerce sales. Assists in implementing Bethel Music’s physical and digital experiences for project brands. Works with stakeholders in creating programming, preparing assets and materials, executing logistics, and evaluating feedback for events, conferences, and tours.

Salary Range: $137,000 to $142,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week
