Role Responsibilities

Client Leadership

  • Leads client meetings and take active role in presenting study results, as appropriate
  • Accountable for the success of assigned projects
  • Prepares and presents study results to clients, with expected internal practice presentations
  • Resolves or seeks support for resolution of project issues to maintain timing and delivery standards

Client Satisfaction

  • Works closely with AD/CS and specialty partner teams to understand clients’ business priorities and opportunities for engagement
  • Provides detailed feedback to inexperienced analysts and drives development of senior analysts to ensure high quality client deliverables
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client day-to-day interactions.

Analytical Excellence

  • Expert understanding of all BASES solutions
  • Expertise in study methodology & modeling techniques used in analyses

Talent Management

  • Provides analysts coaching and prompt feedback on a study-by-study basis
  • Identify development areas for analysts, looking for opportunities to stretch and grow junior talent
  • Works with DIR to ensure adequate resourcing to manage future client demand

 

BASES/NIQ Contributions

  • Takes on opportunities to contribute to the broader organization through task forces and special projects
  • Supports product development & improvement initiatives (working with other regional teams), including product support, training updates, standardization of deliverables and others.

 

Requirements

  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams
  • Capable to maintain positive client relationships in complex situations & resolve client issues
  • Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Skilled & polished communicator, including client presentations and trainings
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills
