Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development, Implementation & Leadership:

a)Prepare and implement annual strategic plan required for business

b)Manage business performance against budget and KPIs.

2. Sales & Marketing Management:

a) Take personal ownership of the key strategic and operational partners in and outside of China.

b) Developing/Strengthening deep global & local client relationships required for business in long term view;

c)Attend specific events (seminars, conventions, etc.) and visit the sales points frequently. Be an ambassador of the brand, displaying appropriate leadership behaviors, knowledge, and expertise including a strong developing Point of views.

d)Acts as an advisor to both the team and the clients about client position, recommends the best resources and applies knowledge.

e)Have strong data insight and analysis skills

f) keep abreast of important current and future trends of the industry, clients, and competition and in sharing such intelligence with the GfK leadership team.

g) Strong retail & consumer insight generation

Qualifications

1) Bachelor's degree,

2) Over 8-12 years of working experience with in Tech & Durable/Market Research/Consultancy/SaaS/B2B solution service industry.

3) Strong Sales team leadership and people management experience.

4) Proven sales and business development track record, and commercial experience with Key Account clients

5) Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English

6) Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

7) Frequent travel is required

1) Strong ownership with ability to work under pressure, self-driven and result-oriented

2) Strong interpersonal skills in building trust with local and global clients

3) Superior organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving abilities

4) High level of integrity, ethics and trustworthiness
