Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, including crushers, mills, conveyors, and kilns, in the cement plant
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical failures and provide effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during maintenance activities
Requirements
- BSc. /HND Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in the maintenance and operations of mechanical systems in the cement industry
- Experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems in the cement industry.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Good understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
