We are looking for a Manager, Marketing, Culture & Social to help us grow our business and elevate our brand perception in Japan. In this role, you will:
- Conceptualize creative marketing campaigns to further strengthen Tinder as a brand of choice in Japan
- Own and monitor integrated marketing activity for Tinder with ‘Always-on’ approach
- Drive user & Equity growth via integrated marketing activity including culture, social, viral, stunt and impact marketing
- Gain knowledge of the Gen-Z audience, as well as stay current with cultural trend to tackle brand problem in creative approach
- Directly/Indirectly manage day to day marketing operations on social, digital
- Own logistics of project plans including timelines, budgets, and reports
We are looking for:
- ~4 years of experience in marketing focused on brand related to youth, culture or digital
- A strong consumer focus and the desire to understand the underlying needs of different Tinder user groups; Have a keen interest in the social networking & online dating space
- Think tank for GenZ with strong background in social media and content marketing and experience on event management
- Up-to-date with current popular culture trends in Japan
- Proven track record of managing multiple, complex tasks simultaneously
- Possess a start-up mentality; risk taker in regards to what's possible, and how to enable projects and ideas. Self-starter who is willing to taking ownership of initiatives
- A great teammate, who holds themselves and others accountable
