This team delivers Machine Learning and Search solutions to build resilient and scalable consumer products. This team has two charters of powering ML-optimized user experiences across our consumer surfaces and building a platform for organized, consistent and relevant search results to consumers.
What you’ll do
Collaborate with our Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to set and execute Consumer ML and Search platform strategy
Recruit and hire senior engineers
Coach, develop, retain, and provide feedback to team members
Organize the Consumer Search and ML team as necessary to fulfill its mandate
Establish OKRs and critical metrics to set the engineering team’s direction and measure its success
Create a long term technical roadmap that enables the team to keep up with our fast growing business
Build a strong engineering culture around innovation, accountability, empathy, and execution

The actual salary may be less than the lower range or greater than the upper range, depending on skills and experience. No employee is guaranteed salary at the amount of the lower range.

Employees new to Affirm or promoted into a new role, typically begin in the min to mid range.
POL base pay range per year:
Min: 309,500 PLN
Mid: 386,800 PLN
Max: 464,200 PLN
Location - Remote Poland
