A hybrid work model requires 3 days a week in the office (Warsaw/Poznań).
We are looking for an experienced Manager, who will coordinate a team with various ML roles (Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer) that plays a key role in shaping Ads products at Allegro through ML solutions. The perfect candidate should not only possess strong analytical skills, knowledge of ML algorithms and foundation in deploying models to production, but also demonstrate proactive initiative. Your responsibilities will include cooperation in the implementation of the AI/ML Advertising strategy and the creation and coordination of ML models roadmaps that are a response to multi-faceted Advertising challenges.
Technologies you’ll encounter on the job are (among others): Python, GCP (Big Query, Composer, Vertex AI, Dataproc, Looker Studio), PySpark,, PyTorch/TensorFlow.
What we expect from you:
Experience in managing a technical team, setting and delivering realistic, yet ambitious goals
Experience in managing ML projects with various ML roles
Basic knowledge about Advertising business and technology (interest in Ads algorithms/recommendations systems will be an advantage)
Knowledge about ML models lifecycle and ML-based solutions development
Exceptional collaboration skills, with an emphasis on clear and effective communication with various stakeholders
The ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions
Team management skills, with a focus on team development
Self-organization and a commitment to meeting deadlines
Know English at a minimum level of B2
