As a manager in our IT Operations team located in Hyderabad, India, you'll support communicating and collaborating on Schrödinger's global IT strategy across Europe and Asia. In tandem with the US-based IT leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the needs of our organization, guiding and mentoring team members, facilitating direction and collaboration with functional teams, and creating visibility for IT initiatives. This role requires a deep focus on building relationships and driving the success of our mission, with a particular emphasis on fostering partnerships both within and beyond the team, providing mentoring and coaching to team members, and maintaining a highly ethical culture.
