Position: Manager, HRM
What You Will Do?
- Oversee all HRM for employees in one FC (Fulfillment Center), managing a team of two in improving employee policies and guidelines and making Coupang a better workplace
- Daily Operation: New hire and exit process, HR Audit, WD maintenance, RSU user guide, cost center management, reporting, payroll offline data, local government request support, employment contracting, visa and mobility support, and residential support, outsourced service monitor, emergency management, other ad-hoc request in need.
- L&D: New hire onboarding, employee engagement activities, language trainings, workshops, company wide meeting support
- HR Compliance/Process/Projects: Policy and process review and update, benefit review, HR budgeting, HR compliance, etc.
- Partner with other Process COE, People Systems, and other People teams to identify and execute on continuous improvement initiatives to improve cost, quality, and/or throughput metrics.
- Serve as escalation point for issues and requests related to people process.
- Engage in knowledge management and change management activities for projects and change requests.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem solving for any issues arising.
- Oversee HR process improvement projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Benchmark market best practices and introduce new systems/solutions where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years’ HR experience
- Team player with company-wide perspective
- Ability to solve HR process related issues digging down to the details
- Ability to lead multiple HR projects with ruthless prioritization
