At Freshworks, we are excited to drive our strategic expansion in the AMER region and grow our global team. Our Denver and Bellevue offices are at the heart of this growth, and we are looking for an experienced HR professional to join us as a Manager, HR Business Partner.

Job Description:

As a Manager, HR Business Partner at Freshworks, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our AMER teams. You will be a trusted advisor to our frontline managers and employees in the region, supporting talent management activities and addressing employee needs. You will coach our managers in building high-performance teams and foster a strong partnership with a business-oriented mindset. You will also support and drive strategic talent initiatives across our Field AMER teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on talent management activities and addressing employee needs.
  • Coach managers to build and sustain high-performance teams.
  • Foster a strong sense of partnership with managers, maintaining a business-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborate closely with our Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in total rewards, employee relations, talent acquisition and talent development to provide meaningful HR solutions to our manager and employee community 
  • Work closely with our managers and HR Ops team to ensure employee transactional needs, including but not limited to compensation reviews, organizational changes, offboarding processes, and internal transfers are completed in a timely manner
  • Ensure consistency, transparency, fairness, and accountability across all HR practices.
  • Prioritize talent activities and coaching to establish a high-performing and effective organization.
  • Work in close partnership with the Director, HRBP to execute strategic initiatives that drive organizational health, effectiveness, and design across our GTM and Field teams.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decisions.

 

Please note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/ week (Tue-Thur) from our Denver, CO office location. 

  • 6-8 years of experience in a HRBP or HR Generalist capacity 
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and talent management processes.
  • Ability to toggle across different functions (Sales, Professional Services, etc.) in providing day-to-day and longer-term insights and viewpoints.
  • Proven experience in coaching managers and fostering high-performance teams.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with managers and employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
  • Empathetic and approachable, with a commitment to fairness and accountability.

This role is based in the Denver Metro Area, and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.

Compensation Package
$105,000-150,000 USD Base Salary + Variable Compensation
