About the Team:
As the Manager, Health, Safety and Environment, you'll report to the Senior Director, Global Fulfillment and lead the creation and ongoing improvement of the SSENSE Health & Safety program. You'll work closely with all SSENSE departments—including Fulfillment Center, Retail, Studio, Headquarters, and external partners—to develop and implement strategies that ensure a safe and healthy work environment. The role is an on-site role and you must be available to work physically from our Fulfillment Centre in Ville Saint-Laurent full time and other Montreal locations as needed.

How To Excel In This Role:
- Occupational Health and Safety Certificate is an asset
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Good grasp of Quebec laws and regulations about workplace accidents and illnesses.
- Strong verbal and written French communication skills is mandatory.
- Flexible schedule and availability for emergencies around the clock (24/7).
