Manager, Group Fulfillment Sales

We are looking for a leader for our One Fulfillment project at Allegro. You will be essential in growing our merchant base and achieving key sales metrics. Join us to shape One Fulfillment's future, making it the go-to service for warehousing, logistics, and more.

What does this role involve?

    • On a daily basis, you will develop and sell the One Fulfillment by Allegro service
    • You will build a strategy for searching, acquiring and developing One Fulfillment customers
    • You will be responsible for selecting and preparing sales channels for the One Fulfillment by Allegro service
    • You will manage the account management team (set priorities and KPIs in the implementation of sales plans)
    • You will analyze the market and constantly monitor competitors' activities
    • You will talk to clients and business partners
    • You will prepare commercial offers, special campaigns and promotions for customers
    • You will prepare regular reports on the progress of work performed and forecast future results and the tools needed to achieve them
    • You will develop cooperation with other units in the company in creating processes, rules, principles of communication, service, etc.

    This is the right job for you, if

      • You have 5+ years of experience managing a sales team.
      • You have a proven track record in preparing and implementing sales plans and strategies.
      • You are experienced in managing sales activities, including direct and indirect channels like telemarketing.
      • You have B2B experience, preferably with SME enterprises.
      • Experience in selling logistics services is a plus.
      • You have worked with or co-created processes in CRM systems.
      • You understand the e-commerce market and can identify market needs.
      • You are proficient with marketplace sales tools.
      • You think analytically and are data-driven.
      • You have strong communication and presentation skills.
      • You are focused on cooperation and business efficiency.
      • You have excellent English proficiency (speaking and writing).
      • You have experience in an international sales organization and process design.
      • You are comfortable in a data-driven sales role and not a showy person.
      • Experience with Asian or Chinese companies is essential; knowledge of Chinese is a bonus.
